Alaskan Thunderfuck marijuana seeds – There’s a lot of debate about the origins of the Alaskan Thunderfuck seeds strain. This seeds originated as Matanuska Tundra weed in the Matanuska Valley, north of Anchorage. Some reputable sources say that Thunderfuck is the same weed while others reckon that it’s been crossed. It shows traits of Sativa, Indica and some Ruderalis.
Whatever the origins, the results are beyond question. Alaskan Thunderfuck cannabis seeds produce very strong weed with a heavy, heavy stone that creeps up on you and hangs around for a long time. Back in the 70′s in Seattle we used to run into that stuff in the fall. Friends going to school outside AK would bring it with. The pictures in the 80′s high times mags were legendary. Only got my hands on it a few times total.. before today;Q
This might help to ease my pain
from what i have seen and heard about these seeds is that the yield is moderate in conparison with some strains,while 12oz per mtr2 isnt great it makes up for in thc levels 20% and over.the only strain i can think of that may be stronger in thc levels is bigbang2 which has 21.3%thc and yields around 700grms per square mtre.good luck all on your next grow.

I’m an Oregon medical grower. I’ve had this strain about 25 yrs ago. This strain is exceptionally strong and is said to relieve nausea, headache, insomnia amongst other ailments.
The average size of an adult is approx. 2 feet indoor. A medium yield if you bend or break branches “supercrop”. A superfast plant from start to finish ( 6 weeks). Excellent taste if you flush properly. A patient favorite.

As an old time Alaskan, gotta agree with the bit about it starting in the late 1970′s but it really was not until the late 80′s that it REALLY started to kickass globally.
